Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen, a Vietnamese American businesswoman, lives in Orange County California. I am married to a beautiful man named JP along with a very unhappy dad Henry. My Instagram account is @annephung and the majority of my followers are. I share my daily life, the good and the bad. My parents accompanied me into America in the year 1990 when I was just one-and-a half. It wouldn't be possible to share my life story today without my parents' efforts to work to the max and sacrifice. As I knew I could be a successful person, I was determined to achieve my goals and make my parents proud. Within my head, I could see the path I wanted to take to live my life. Attend college, and get a degree. Wed. Purchase a home. Create children. I believed that this was the ultimate definition of success. but life was not so sure to teach me the meaning of success. When I was in 2013, I started looking forward to going back to work. job because the pay and prestige didn't bring me happinessIt was that I was throwing my time and energy to earn a living but I knew that I had a destiny. While I moved towards my new life path I realized that I was a personal trainer and the career path I was looking for. I'm a sucker for exercise, enjoy being with people and help them. In 2014, I launched my business on the side and in this year in 2021, I'll be celebrating my 7th anniversary. In the field of coaching, there are not many Asian women. My aim in the industry is to create a more healthy and sustainable lifestyle that can meet the demands of my clients. I am also committed to helping others become empowered so that they are able to achieve the goals they set, pursue their passions and live your life to the fullest. My career took off as I was enjoying the highest success of my life. My mother passed away at the same time that my career took off. In Heaven she now rests in peace after a long battle with the disease known as Scleroderma. Yet, I keep my Mom with me and dream of her daily. We can learn a lot from life, even though we might not be able to spot it in the moment. My mother's abrupt death that altered my life for good. In my opinion, I was given a second chance to live my living a full and fulfilling life. It was Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she passed away. It was her time to embark on a new journey, and I got my second shot at an enjoyable and satisfying life. In my 30's, it is the first time I really feel that I'm alive. My life is shared with you in hopes that you'll be able to connect with my stories and thoughts so that you can feel secure knowing that you're not the only one, to realize that you're beyond capable of anything you put your heart into. and that love is real, that therapy is not a problem and as health is the best source of wealth. Since death is the only thing that we can have, I hope you enjoy living your life to the fullest and leave with no regrets.
